ABOUT
Katherine Schaber (she/her) is an actress living in Manhattan. Originally from Hinsdale, IL, Katherine moved from the Midwest to the Northeast in pursuit of a BFA in Acting and Concentration in Musical Theatre from The School of Theatre at Boston University.
Katherine has always recognized a great, intimate love for performing. Beginning classical ballet at just 3 years old and through 7 years of competitive Irish Dance, Katherine competed nationally and from a very young age, harnessed great control of her stage presence.
While in high school, Katherine spent extensive time training at The Goodman Theatre in Chicago. Her years training at The Goodman uncovered an intense passion for acting, both on the stage and on screen.
While in college, Katherine grasped every opportunity New England offered her: from working on new play development and feature films, to signing with a commercial modeling agency. She is the recipient of the Bette Davis Scholarship in Acting and Sidney Freidman Award for an outstanding combination of scholarship and artistry. Regardless of the platform, Katherine finds joy, gratitude, and expansion in every opportunity she has to perform.
